Can I store Personally Identifiable Data?

No. We do not allow any PIF data to be stored on our WordPress installations.

Am I limited on Bandwidth or other server requirements?

On a VIP plan you have a hosting account associated with your service. If you exceed the usage of that service you will be billed by your host provider.

Am I limited to what I can install on my WordPress site?

Yes. We do have limits based on each plan. These will be disclosed when you reach out to our team for your initial quote. There are plugins that are hard to support or combinations that cause critical conflicts on a site. To have support you need to ensure the setup of your site can be supported by our team.

Can you support custom deployments?

Yes we can. Please reach out to the team and we can discuss your requirements to make sure we are a good fit for what you need.

Do you support headless WordPress?

At this time we do not support headless WordPress setups.

Can I edit my website?

Yes. However any breakages that you might cause to your website are not included in a support request. Training is not included.

What type of support requests are included?

The functioning of the WordPress website. This means if a plugin is broken or a theme isn’t behaving properly we can support you.
