This kind of support is good for medium to large websites with a higher level of interactivity, and custom functionality.

First class support includes your regular WordPress updates, checked fortnightly.

These updates are checked for errors and visual issues.

First class support includes tests for Forms, Integrations and Transactional functions on your site.

Support does not include content updates or new requirements, which will be treated as new items.
