Any issue for your site will be reviewed within 1 business day and a resolution is reached within 7 days.

This kind of support is good for small websites with a low level of interactivity.

Business class support includes your regular WordPress updates, checked monthly.

These updates are checked for errors and visual issues.

Business class does not include tests for Forms, Integrations or Transactional functions on your site.

Any support for functional or transactional testing will need a first class or VIP support plan.

Support does not include content updates or new requirements, which will be treated as new items.
