It keeps the site healthy and running smoothly, and costs less over the long term than fixing problems as they appear.
Out-of-date plugins and themes are the most common way WordPress sites get hacked, and attackers look for vulnerable versions every day. Skipped updates also pile up, so the eventual update is bigger and more likely to break something. Regular, tested updates keep the site secure and give you the newest WordPress features.
Yes. Every plan can be paid monthly by credit card through automated invoicing, or yearly for two months free.
Business Class suits small, information-based websites. First Class suits sites with custom features or where search traffic matters. Yes, within reason. Some plugins are hard to support, and some combinations cause critical conflicts, so your site’s setup needs to be one that can be supported. Any limits for your plan are explained in your quote.
Your plan comes with a hosting account. If your site uses more than that account includes, the host bills the extra usage.
