How to provide 24 x 7 support on WordPress websites
Walkthrough Overview
About This Video Guide
Do you have customers wanting 24 x 7 support on a website?
If so this video is a guide to what to ask your client and how to think about support.
This video was created for the freelancer or small agency.
Overall the years of making websites I have found that when it comes to WordPress you have 3 parts to any support agreement.
1. The Managed WordPress Hosting - we always recommend a premium host.
2. The plugin and theme code. Again use a premium service but please also keep in mind that these do not provide Enterprise support agreements. They have support but its on a best case scenario. I have found this with Divi in the past. It was not a case of getting rapid support and they didnt solve my problem.
3. Website Updates - the content updates are best looked after with a care plan style provide like GoWP and WP Buffs.
As you grow make sure you refer to the right place and help your customers understand there care requirements.
